Back for a second repair after m/board…
Back for a second repair after m/board replaced. Web cam not working. Took it down to Porchester after a long journey and when I explained the problem the staff took the laptop away had a quick look and discovered that the connector had not been fully located on m/board fixing the problem. Super service!!

First class service from Novatech as…
First class service from Novatech as expected. This is the third PC that I have purchased from Novatech. The website structure enabled me to pick what I needed. The sales team advice and knowledge is just what is required. The machine was bulit and prepared very quickly. Collection was easy.
