I am fully satisfied with what they do helping charities as well. Marketing of the houses is perfect, but will be good to find out more about the draw process, how it is done and winners. Is it possible to inform how many people are participating or tickets bought?

I was pleased to be participating in the research where ordinary people can express their opinions on the subject.

This is a fraudulent company. Items I have ordered nothing like in the picture, material is different, for instance, chiffon replaced by cotton type; bad make.
I have sent it back, but after 4 months it has returned to me. Web said made in USA, but everything from China.
I have lost around £100 with the delivery costs. Do not buy from Lotimena, simple as that!

I have sent a parcel in April this year to Asia, paid around £60 for a bigger box (no small boxes) supposed to be delivered for 5-6 days, but was delivered nearly after 3 weeks. Same thing happening now. Tracking says it will deliver for around 19 days. It is complete rip-off. There is a small business which delivers for 2 weeks for £12 a kg. I would like to demand money back! There was no need to send this parcel if I knew it is going to be that slow.

It was easy to buy the tickets as I had registered before for Fulham House draw.
Will just wait and see if my luck will strike me.

I have originally booked 3 return tickets from Geneva to London which cost me £350. Because of the COVID-19 test regulations they did not let them board the plain, so changing the tickets was like buying the new and cost me £619 at the end. Mistakenly I did chose my courser for return flight on 17 August 2022 instead of 2021 and now I paid for the change £140 again. So, for 1 adult 2 children I am paying £760! Customer services would not badge and help. Really they are day light robbers!!!!

Origin Broadband has excellent customer services, specially very helpful in resolving technical problems.
