Ordered security cameras - terrible service
Terrible company - totally disorganised from the distribution side, the service support and customer management. Nobody understands what they are doing - comes from poor management direction.

The first delivery was a doorbell not a security camera, upon opening the bag it had the persons name and address that the doorbell should have gone to! So much for data protection.
After returning the item, several trips back to the store for returns/collection the item goes back a week later to be exchanged
I hear nothing from curry’s about the replacement or the money they took from my account.
I use web support to be promised it will arrive the following week,again I remind them it’s a present for Xmas and I am promised I’ll get it before Xmas, again I hear nothing. I contact web support to be told the order was cancelled the previous weekend - I ask who cancelled it and they say they don’t know - bear in mind they have never refunded me the £250 …
After a long conversation they finally promised an exchange and they will send out the replacement security camera - again I hear nothing and chase via phone - the item has now been delivered to the wrong person.
It’s now two and a half weeks later. My wife web chats curry’s. They are now investigating the issue as to why I haven’t received my goods - this will take a further 7-10 days. I’ll spell this bit out for the staff at curry’s - thanks for failing to deliver the Xmas present for Christmas that was ordered on the 1st December - you’ve ruined a present from the family to my parents.
Throughout I have been promised a manager from the complaints team would call me - that’s right, I heard nothing from them either. Terrible customer service - the place needs an overhaul in my eyes treating customers in this manner.
The above is a brief overview - the details of what went on during the chasing was awful - they still have my money 3 weeks later but never delivered anything - I may let the credit card company chase this one to retrieve my money. As for data protection of their customer details - horrendous as they had sent me some one else data in the first parcel .

Just to note - today, 28th December, Currys request my details to resolve this issue. I’ve sent them the details - I’ll keep you posted how long it takes to resolve !,
Update 5th January 2022
So Currys replied from their social media team - as though they are now doing something - this is longer than the 7-10 days.... it makes me feel sick !
- I replied to Nathan in the social media team - as he said he will help to resolve the issue - a day later, no reply to my email I sent.
- Currys advised on the 28th Dec the cameras were to come before the new year - received nothing - no goods / no communication, as usual just false promises.
- My parents still have no xmas present nearly 2 weeks afetr xmas. They called me on 04/01 to say dont bother.
- I contacted webchat 04/01/22. The agent spends 40minutes going around the houses - and after several times of asking for a refund - Raju tells me he cant do refunds and I'll have to wait until the internal enquiry is completed for they dont know where the goods are..
- I call currys 05/01/22 to be told to use webchat.
- I contact webchat 05/01/22. I ask the agent Azhar if he can perform refunds - upon asking Azhar for a confirmation of times when I will hear from Curry’s - his answer is shortly. Azhar ends the web chat. How unprofessional, Azhar needs training - or has Currys already trained Azhar ?!
Update 17th January
Heard nothing from Currys. They have my money - delivered no product and my parents have no Xmas present.
I’ve given up as their commas are so poor - this issue is now with the credit card company . 48 days after first ordering - how are you in business? The service Currys provide is not even worth one star.
I will never shop at this supplier again.
