Worst customer support ever but happy ending :)

Update: after several contacts with their CS per chat and email, I finally got heard by Izza and they stopped my subscription, cancelled the recurrent payment and got refunded for the months that I didn't used their services... thank you Izza one more time to take care of my request :)

Case history: I created an account with my professional email address and I got fired; since then, I'm contacting the support to stop the recurrent payment that I'm having in a monthly basis to stop it as I cannot connect anymore to my account with the plus version integrated; I have contact them several time, sent an email with all proofs related and they are still ignoring that I cannot log to my account with an email address that I don't have access anymore; you are the worst and I don't recommend you at all, where is your service support? let me know, I'm very curious to hear from you!

summer weekend with Lufthansa

I booked for the last weekend of June 2019 a journey for my fiancé and my little boy (one year old) to join me in Amsterdam for a lovely weekend and I bought the tickets for both side with Lufthansa; their connection in Munich to Amsterdam has been delayed for more than 4 hours and due to many informations and change of the gate, they missed their final flight connection in evening. Once my fiancé realised his mistake, he got in touch with Lufthansa desk to find an alternative and they could't offer something in the same day due to fully booked flights also in the next day. The person working at the desk promised us (I was with him by phone to find the best alternative) that if I will book another flight from my one, they will maintain the return flight. I did it and I booked a new flight for Munich Amsterdam with KLM at the most expensive price and they flew next day. Then I called Lufthansa to inform them about it and they informed me that no, the return flight was not valid anymore due to their Terms and Conditions, any note added from the desk agent... so I canceled the return ticket and I booked again a new return with LOT on my own; the cost of the total tickets for the whole weekend has been more expensive than I will never expect!!! and Lufthansa didn't even reply to me about it, any EUC for both passengers confirmed and offered due to the situation, any compensation for the extra fees occurred, any apologies for the fact that the passengers slept in the airport during Friday's evening waiting for their next flight on the next day (my baby was traumatised after that and couldn't sleep for 2 weeks)!!! you are with a really poor customer services Lufthansa as I tried to contact you again about it, I sent you a new complaint to explain you that it has been the worst weekend ever in our parents life!!! here is my feedback to you FB ID 33137334, I wish to nobody else to get the same experience as us!!!

Return flight with LOT

The return flight from the 30th June 2019 that I booked for my fiancé from Amsterdam to Warsaw was delayed first and then the second connection canceled and all passengers were transferred by bus from Warsaw to Krakow (such a long trip for such a short distance), knowing that it's the direct fault of the airline, he applied directly for EU261 Disruption Compensation few days later and he is still awaiting to get it!!! so let's fight publicly for his rights as it should be, we will never give up LOT / RP/51398/19/JWY!!! with love from Poland ;)
