I've still not received my order placed…

I've still not received my order placed over a week ago - how long can it take to transport some canned goods?

sub standard packaging and poor resolutions from customer service

4 separate orders were made - the delivery was very quick. But
1. 2 packages were torn and 1 had an oil spill.
2. Longest turn around time in refund for returns
3. Customer service, in the second torn package offered the same reply - that the issue will be forwarded to the relevant department
4. One of the packages delivered trousers in wrong sizes

Thank you for letting us know about the issues with the packaging. We are in the process of improving our packaging solutions as we also aren't satisfied with the quality of the current packaging. As we are seeking the best solution for our customers AND the planet, finding the perfect shipping bag has proven to be quite the challenge!
I am however very sorry to hear that three of your four packages had been damaged - this is very unusual, and I understand how unsettling it must be to receive your orders in a bad condition.
Regarding the oil spill, we will bring this to the attention of our warehouse and the relevant distributor for future reference.

We do try to provide a personal customer service experience, but in some cases we do have well defined procedures and certain bits of information that have to be relayed to the customer - and the response you get in two similar cases may be alike.

Regarding your refund, this depends on your method of payment and your bank/card provider. Usually credit card refunds take up to 5 days, and refunds to services like Swish and Mobilepay may take as long as 30 days. For invoice payments, all refunds are handled by Klarna.

Avoid fnp!

Ordered rakhis and the website was down.
Customer rep sent me another link to make the payment. I made the payment but and despite confirmed payment, order wasn’t delivered. Upon rechecking with customer service, I was promised a full refund over phone. Now I am stuck with a gift certificate (forcing me to purchase from them again) and customer support does not reply to emails on refund. It amounts to daylight robbery when the customer (for no fault of her own) is forced to accept non delivery, poor service and isn’t left with an option but to buy with them again. AVOID at all costs. A company that needs to have a stable internet platform to begin with crashes during peak festival seasons. Amazon or another provider next time!
