I'm a very sceptical person and tired of flashy adverts that promise to sort your health, life and world events out with one simple but expensive pill. So I approach everything with caution So far I'm impressed it seems to be working. I've recommended it to a friend.

The AA Patrolman, Mark Bridle went over and above what he had to do. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the fault, he has good communication skills. He's the reason it's worth staying with the AA.
Went into Lowestoft KFC to leave a box of poppies and collecting tin which had previously been arranged. Staff weren’t sure then dismissed me saying, “We’ve got our own charities “. The male who said this was obviously not from this country. Maybe if he’s to work here he should learn a bit about our culture. I’ll advise the local veterans friends and families. You’ve just lost a lot of customers.
The price was reasonable, the agent was knowledgeable friendly and spoke clear and readable English. The call was answered quite quickly and not too much messing around with different selections.
The young man turned up on time spoke clear and readable English. He was pleasant and well mannered. Didn't trying to fool me with jargon .Did a great job on a full panel at half the price I'd been quoted by a garage. More than happy.

I was about to leave Sky but the agent persuaded me to stay by offering Discovery+. But you can’t get it so you ring the helpline. They then put you through to someone abroad who puts you on hold then cuts you off. Just another lie and scam. LEAVE SKY
Flew from Stansted on 03/10/23.The security staff were rude and unhelpful. The gentleman’s toilets were blocked and there was along queue. On return waited ages at the passport desk then when tried to go through I had a problem with my passport. So I requested assistance. The small Asian assistant refused to help shouted at me to join another queue. This little Hitler strutted around not assisting anyone. He was part of the problem. I then went through and asked if there was a problem with my passport. The border agent said it was fine and tried to apologise for the assistant. In my time I’ve been soldier and police officer and held rank in both careers. Had that assistant been under my command in have been lucky to keep his job. AVOID STANSTED.
The flight both ways and the admin with Jet2 was as always spot on. The Ocean Hill Hotel is a very big Hotel over a 1000 rooms so you have to take 3 lifts and walk ways to get any where. The rooms are basic. But the good points are; the pools are excellent the staff very good and helpful. The food is good and it's adults only which is great as everyone is stress free and friendly. Puerto Rico seems to be coming out of the Covid disaster. However more live bands would improve the nightlife.

I booked and was accepted they acquired the tyres at short notice. Covid restrictions were complied with. The prices were good I didn’t have to wait long and you can see them at work. They offered to do my tracking etc. But most importantly they didn’t try to invent jobs and faults to bump up the price. That’s important I value honesty and integrity. All round an excellent service.
I carefully planned my purchase of Euros to take advantage of the best rate available and have the money with me on time for the flight. This is the third time I’ve done this. FairFX are excellent effective and secure, for this reason I’ll use them again.
