Prepay Credit is not a refund
Delivery service is good but P2G don’t really have anything to do with that. I placed an order but made a mistake on the address, entirely my fault. However I applied for a ‘refund’ but a refund under P2G isn’t actuall a refund it’s prepay credit. It took a bit of digging to find a way to speak to someone on live chat to be told they couldn’t refund me and I needed to email a specific refund address. Still waiting on a response.
Perhaps not using the word refund on your site would be advisable. A refund means I am given my money back. Credit that I can only use for P2G is nigh on useless and definitely stretches the definition of ‘refund’

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. However, the only time a customer will only be refunded to prepay, is if they have paid via prepay credit.
When you request a refund via our website, you have two options one to prepay and the other to the payment source. I can see you requested this via our help centre, and requested prepay instead of to the source. I have emailed you now, to confirm we will refund the order costs back to the payment source.
