When you swap supplier there is always the apprehension that perhaps you should have stuck with the devil you know. I am pleased to say that this is not the case with Reach Telecoms.

Since I switched my supplier I have noticed 2 things. Firstly my bills are smaller (HURRAY) and secondly the customer service is fantastic. Any phone call or email to the support team is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff there are very friendly and offer interim solutions to ensure we can still operate and stay in contact with our customers. The response time in dealing with our queries is so much quicker than our previous supplier.

Reach also installed a new phone system into our business, the engineer turned up when he was expected, his work was quick, efficient and honestly, he left the office tidier when he left than when he arrived.

I am so happy we swapped our supplier and would recommend Reach Digital to any other business
