Review of Housing Ombudsman
Didn't help me at my time of need. I have a front door at my property which has severe damage from previous tenant, it let's water through when we have bad weather. My daughter has even slipped on rain which came through the door and hit her head on radiator. I tried to fight for months and months and my council refused to replace, so I turned to the housing ombudsman for help only for them to tell me to accept £50 cheque and there was nothing they could do. Very poor service. Just because I live in a council property (I feel) nothing was done. I still live with this problem, its truly terrible.
