I have been waiting over a month for my order which has never arrived, I have written multiple emails, was on hold for over an hour on the phone, live chat is never picked up by anyone even after many hours, and the website form doesn't seem to ever get any response. I am so disappointed and angry and planning to take this to Trading Standards.

Our conveyancer failed to keep basic telephone appointments, failed to communicate to let us know when the remortgage was delayed, Blamed us for the delay in spite of written evidence that they had All the paperwork and information needed. The only time anything actually happened was when I chased it and there was basically zero communication from them through the entire process. The whole process was a complete pain and unnecessarily stressful and ended up costing us several hundred pounds more when the completion of mortgage was delayed. Wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.
