I wanted to send money to my wife and kids for Xmas, this was 9th december. The 14 December I get an email saying that my account is closed and the money will be returned, within 7 days. After 7 days I sent an email asking where the money is, ansewer they will be sent today (21 December), 23 December I get another email saying that now the money are transfered (23 December), so my wife and kids will not get the money for Xmas, thanks XE. I will NEVER use XE in any circumstances, I will NEVER recommend XE to anyone. This is totally unacceptable.

I bought the camera from Visanta

I bought the camera from Visanta, the price were without VAT, I didn't know that. They called me and explained everything, so I had the choice if I wanted to cancel the order. Very good service.
