Lowlife Company.

AGAIN I WISH I COULD PUT MINUS STARS!!
This is an update from my last review and my last post and dealings regarding this VILE SHAM OF A COMPANY! Three years of struggling with living Inbetween flats that have no soundproofing, loud swearing, doors slamming excessively, kids running back and forth non stop, being woken out of my sleep etc etc.... Never had any peaceful quiet enjoyment of this place (as it states I should in the tenancy agreement)! Three requests for a transfer and refused again. Refusing to come out and sort the soundproofing, or to even listen for themselves (told me to get my own contractor in) Been told that they do not provide support to people in my position as I’m seeing my GP! Even though I’ve ended up on two kinds of medication.
I’ve just had to make the decision to not deal with these low lives any more as it is making me really ill. Their lack of duty of care and incompetence is frightening. I’m exhausted off dealing with them everything I’ve asked help with has fell on deaf ears totally unconcerned. They do not care for their tenants they have no duty of care and will not help you when you are struggling. I don’t understand after what I’ve gone through the role of the landlord? The purpose of a Neighbourhood Manger? I’m confused.
Even though renting privately made me homeless, to get out of this dump it looks like I’m going to have to work two jobs and look for a private rental. I’m sick to my stomach and completely on the bottom emotionally. But if it means getting out and not having to pay any more of my money to these SCUM then I’ll do it.
THEY HAVE RUINED MY LIFE....THIS FLAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY CHANCE OF A NICE SECURE HOME BUT YOUVE TOOK THAT FROM ME.....I HATE THEM. You can’t even name and shame the individuals as the cowards take it down.
DESPICABLE ORGANISATION.... STAY WELL CLEAR HONESTLY....

Terrible service

Terrible service.
Allowed my HA to get away with lies, allowing other tenants to break their tenancy agreement, I got no help and support. They are the worst landlord Ive ever come across and this service allowed them to get away with it. They discredited all my evidence and just took what the HA said. Very one sided. Avoid using them and go to your MP/Councillor for help they will really fight for you when you’ve been badly done by your landlord. Even my two doctors letters stating I should be moved because of noise disturbances and the proof of my medication, they still said “they can find no evidence of my landlord being the cause of my mental health issues” REally?! My HA break their side of the tenancy agreement and just get away with it. And this service is allowing it. They should be ashamed and shut down!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Avoid!!
If I could give minus 100 stars I would. I’ve had to be put on two types of medication to help with my stress anxiety and depression (they know this and have not given me any support) because of what I’ve gone and going through living in this place. (It’s not a home) even with my doctor asking twice for me to be moved to a more suitable place they haven’t done so. 2 years of reporting mould in my bedroom and only with my MP writing to them have they decided to sort this out, How do they get away with it? They are still ignoring email, calls not being returned, complaints not being investigated correctly. Ive had not one phone call or visit to my property and they are fully aware of what living here is doing to me. They disgust me. All they want is your rent. And don’t even get me started on their pathetic repair system. JOKE! Moving in here has been the worst desicion of my life I have never been so stressed out and depressed and angry in all my life. I actually miss my temporary accommodation flat when I spent a year being homeless. That’s saying something. You should take peoples mental health seriously and give them help and support instead of giving them ignorance.
Nobody seems to know what they are doing, you get passed around all the time, always new people dealing with things, how some people there have the title of “Manager” I will never know! They always say “sorry that we have not responded to you yet, we are dealing with an exceptionally high volume of complaints”. ASK YOURSELVES WHY?? You will not respond to a tenants official complaint yet as soon as an MP writes asking why you reply immediately. Why not reply to the paying tenant? I’ve even tried to email the CEO asking for help, she has not even acknowledged the email-No concern at all for her tenants! Disgusting!
I hope everyone who reads this writes to the Social Housing MP and Watchdog! and let’s make this company accountable for their failings, incompetence and total lack of duty of care. FYI The Housing Ombudsman did not help me!

If we were renting from a private landlord it would be in court ASAP. Why are they allowed to get away with all this?? Where is the law when you need it!

AND IF YOU DO REPLY BELOW WANTING TO HELP ME...... THEN MOVE ME LIKE IVE ASKED 3 TIMES NOW!!
