When I looked at many laser engravers I checked the reviews about customer support. So many reviews mentioned bad customer service and the company's software wasn't usable. I choose xTool because people said that the XCS software was great and it could also run Lightburn. The other thing I noticed was the number of tutorial videos for xtool machines. I purchased their F2Ultra ultimate bundle. I made the best decision because I did need help and the support was amazing. I see others complain about something going wrong and I ask them have you sent support an email? The majority said not yet. Every email question I sent was responded to within a day. I am very happy that I chose xTool. Thank you Shirley for all your help. I will buy from Xtool again.

We started with the birdfy solar birdfeeder without the AI. Much greater WiFi range than expected. The picture is very clear and the camera angle is adjustable. Like it so much we added the optional larger perch and squirrel seed cover. With the solar panel the battery is always 100%.

I have a new wireless PTZ camera and a refurbished floodlight camera. Both cameras work perfectly with the Foscam app and Alexa. I replaced the antenna on the PTZ with a 10’ wireless which allows for better reception and the refurbished floodlight looks and works like it’s brand new. Unfortunately I found out none of their cameras, including the two I already own, will work with the Foscam NVR kit I was looking to purchase. Only the mesh cameras that come with their NVR kit are compatible

I just bought a couple of items to check this site out. Prices seem good, I will buy from this site again.
