when will Jones learn not to use Evri as their chosen delivery courier, they are a shambles. Shoes, never turned up for weeks, had a refund, then shoes turn up in local post office. Never going to order shoes online again from Jones, they have lost me as a customer, I’d rather pay more money to get an order, went to Clark's shoes, paid £60 more and at least got a very similar shoe, but better quality. Carry on doing this Jones and you will go bankrupt…..

Got excellent service from Lee Longlands but a poor service was given by Duresta to them which resulted in a delay of months. Would still use Lee Longlands as this was not their fault in any way.

Looked for a tray of a certain size and found it. Tray much better than ones bought on the high street albeit a few pounds more expensive, well made so value for money. Service was good and notifications were spot on to advise when dispatched.
