Current Clear member about to cancel my membership. First, it's over 10 times more expensive than Pre-check but it's not much easier or faster. We don't fly that often but every time we have used Clear, we have to show ID and verify ourselves and do all the things the biometric scan is supposed to take care of. Also, many Clear lanes require Clear AND pre-check to use...what's the point of paying them if I also need pre-check? Clear isn't at every airport/terminal either. For example, they said they're at Boston Logan but when we went, they weren't in the terminal we were flying out of. Finally, their customer service is horrible. There's no number to call, you have to go through their automated chat bot to get to a person who manages to convey through text how little they care about your issue.

Excellent experience. The glasses were exactly what they said they were, the price was better than I found elsewhere and the follow up customer service was both welcome and surprising. I can't remember the last time a company called me to make sure my order arrived and was as I had expected. Out of the blue. But they did. Would definitely buy from them again.
