Have purchased three total. Loved the bracelet I bought myself - so went back and purchased two more for my girl and boy twins for their 18th birthday - each with different meanings for my very different twin children. Dealing with several different people - so not sure who was in charge of what.
During my refinance with cash out to pay down debt - I was never told that the checks would be Fedex to me and that I then was to submit to the debtor. I was angry when I received this FedEx the evening before I was to leave town on a holiday weekend - so I spent an entire morning getting these checks to where they had to go.
Lastly, Title did not get the paperwork to the notary in a timely manner - and then told him that when he finally did get the paperwork and print it - that it had to be signed THAT day - so, he was at my home at 6:30pm on a Friday night - and still had another signing AFTER me.

Time consuming, BUT - very user friendly!! I actually learned quite a bit. I enjoyed the videos - moved through information quickly (still took TIME!!). Several ‘typos’ in presentation (sorry, I’m a teacher).
