Order never arrived, lost package, worst customer service

I placed an order which did not arrive. I had to wait 1.5 weeks until customer service finally started an investigation. At DHL they didn't find my package so zizzi cancelled my order. But not an email about this, I had to contact them myself about how the investigation is going.
They said to place the order again. When I asked what should I do because most of what I ordered was out of stock now they said I should wait. Wait. Maybe if they handle my complain seriously the first time I asked their help I could place the same order again. But no.
Not even like a 'we are sorry' or 'here is 5% off from your next order' for the inconvenience.
Just business as usual. Worst experience ever.
Thankfully I wanted to pay with Klarna so getting my money back wasn't an issue.
