Who is being Rewarded?

This is a complete waste of Customers time. The coupons they offer as incentives don't scan. Staff can't be bothered to help and on the last occasion I walked out without any of my shopping because no one could be bothered to help me.

Not A Very Nappy Customer.

Went into the Bootle branch for Size 7 nappies but they didn't have any. Bought a cheap alternative which ran out after a few days. Went back to Asda again (assuming they would have restocked by now) but the shelves are still empty. Sadly this has happened before so it's not just a 'one off'.

You Could Have Been Nicer About Getting It Wrong.

Why are so many of their products incorrectly priced? It happens on a regular basis. Today for instance, I took an item priced at £1.25 on the shelf to be told at the checkout it was £1.70. When I politely queried it I was told "It's whatever price that comes up on the till." No apology or maybe they had got it wrong. No. So I didn't buy it but felt like I should accept they make mistakes, even if is at the customers expense. Another retailer I will avoid in future.

How hard is it to do something simple?

How hard is it to do something simple? Well, Aviva Zero like to make it as difficult as possible. All I wanted was to cancel my policy after my car had been written off. Being the company who I'd insured the vehicle with, it should have been a piece of cake. Except it was nothing but. Endless phone calls and being transferred back-and-forth got me nowhere. I just wanted to cancel the policy. In the end my only option was to cancel the direct debit which certainly got their attention. Phone calls, emails and letters in the post came left, right and centre. Funny that. Now they are chasing me for a cancellation fee. How dare they!
