Awful, club is shoddy and tired.
It seems I’m not alone in cancelling my membership legitimately and still being charged.. Even had a email confirmation from TF to confirm last payment date of 1st Oct, still taking money out my account… Think I have learnt my lesson with this recurring payment system seems if you take money this way there is obviously a reason.. Smarten up TF , use direct debit and provide a bit of customer service.
Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman as this seems to be an issue for many, fraud.

Fabulous holiday, no issues and hotel staff and facilities were amazing. Would def go again and recommend TUI

Never use these again, shame as it’s the local shops and area that suffers.
Paid fee correctly but the ticket didn’t print the Reg correctly on the ticket. As expected a fine arrived I post on appeal (after sending bank statements and ticket stubs ) it was reduced to £20 from £100.. Feel a fool for paying the £20 but life’s to short. Won’t use them again cowboys.

Called Inchape Chester service to book enquire about cost of service and was quoted £538, informed them I’ll just need to check dates with my wife. Called back 4 days later to book only to be told by Inchape the price had gone up to £585 and they cannot do anything even though I was quoted less a few days earlier, I was told I should have booked it in then… As luck would have it found a local authorised service centre who are doing it for half the price so they’ve saved me a few hundred quid …. But still poor service from a so called luxury brand. Has made me think twice about about my next car purchase but it will not be from Inchape that’s for sure

Purchased the Scrumptious corner sofa in store. Service brilliant, arrived when said and the delivery guys even unwrapped, put together and took rubbish with them. By far the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on.. Great product , great service so pleased we brought this sofa from Furniture village. Highly recommended

Sky Glass a load of rubbish, freezes constantly, can’t record programs and less channels, picture not great either.
Trying to get in touch with the to return under the 30days money back. Wish me luck
