I ordered a garnish for the instrument cluster of my 150 series Prado when my local Toyota dealer wouldn't order me 2 (as a back-up). Whilst I didn't know anything about the Company, they turned out to be really good. I had a small issue with communication from the tracking company but the customer support team where excellent at resolving that quickly and I was able to pick up the part from my local post office. The part was professionally packaged, and original OEM - cost was a couple of dollars more than having sourced it from the local Toyota dealer (and both sources had to order the part from Japan). I've gone ahead and used them again for a similar not so easy to find part.
