The installer was missing a piece for the storm door so it really isn't working as a storm door. Also it was supposed to be keyed to my front door which it isn't and the installer couldn't fix it.
I called and the lady said she would have someone call me at their convenience - hopefully today. When said that I have a short time frame before I go to my summer house she asked if I couldn't have someone else there. I want to be here when work is done on my house so I said no. I have no idea what the resolution will be.

What a change from the service I got at Verizon. Tello coverage isn't quite as good as Verizon but the price and friendly customer service more than compensate for the very few times service isn't as good.
