Mask Replacement
I have bought a hand fuel of these face masks from Mars. They are so comfortable. Unfortunately one ear band broke last week after two months.
I contacted them in the evening with my issue, and received a reply immediately, offering a replacement. Unfortunately, due to Royal Mail, they didn’t arrive,
I contacted Mars again and they shipped x4 masks for next day delivery.
All received. Great communications and excellent customer service 👍
