Excellent quality

The two plates we bought to add to lots of other Denby crockery cutlery and cookware, we are really pleased with the latest addition. Each item we have is excellent quality and well used over the years.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish that I had realised how bad they are before agreeing to transfer from one select last December. Despite having a healthy credit when I was swapped over and having given them accurate readings recently, they will not give me an up to date balance. I also was told that I hadn't supplied enough readings, I wasn't aware that I had to, one select sent reminders. I have tried several emails and phone calls, no help.
I am going to work out what I am owed and organise a refund through my bank. EDF here I come.
I phoned Together Energy one hour after posting this review and spoke with a very helpful lady. After initially sticking to her script, she assured me that she would pass on an urgent email to the accounts department with my request. She asked me to allow up to ten days for a reply to my portal...I didn't know I had one! The kind lady emailed me a link. I was then able to work out how much in credit was in our account. Within three days the money has been refunded. My sincere thanks to her, she did a great job.
