The Wall Watcher

This is my second review. After running the Pettracer for just under 1 year the battery developed a fault. I contacted customer services who advised that i could have a free replacement or upgrade to version 2.0 for a small fee. I chose the upgrade. Once arrived, really easy to deactivate the old equipment and set up the new. New equipment has the bonus of additional tracking options to save battery life further and also a beeper. I am currently in the process of classically conditioning KimChi so I can call him back by activating the beeper 😁 (also help in finding the collar if it comes off) I highly recommend Pettracer for the customer service and product. For those who have issues with the GPS, I'd stick with it. Try moving your Homestation somewhere different. Mine tracks really well, its positioned on the 3rd floor of our house under a Velux. I appreciate not everyone will be able to do this!

Seems it can be very hit n miss here. I couldn't not try when the price was so good though. No real interactions with Agoda other than initial booking. Hotel was then very prompt to contact me and they have been great. Its seems the issues arise when you are dealing with Agoda rather than the Hotel directly. So in the interest of balance 5 stars

I spent weeks researching cat trackers after KimChi, our 1 year old British Short hair had a miss hap. Came home in the early hours with an injury to his leg. The quality, size and weight of the Pettracer is excellent. KimChi got used to it within 30 mins and now waits patiently for it to be put on before he's let out to explore. Interactions with the Pettracer team have been prompt, friendly and informative. Delivery was within 2 days and setup was quick and easy. We've placed the Homestation on our 3rd floor under a velux window which gives great results. Software on PC or mobile App are good and give accurate and frequent positioning updates, depending on the setting chosen. Battery lasts 3 days on the "fast" setting or weeks if you reduce the update frequency. The peace of mind Pettracer now gives me is priceless with the added bonus of radio tracking that most competitors don't have I can find KimChi if he doesn't arrive home at his normal bedtime 😊 Highly recommended.

All round excellent. Ordered my Rower on 05/07/22, arrived on 09/07/22. Noticed an anomaly on the order e-mail confirmation so contacted customer services. They responded and resolved quickly, friendly too. Special mention to Nicole 👍 Rower very sturdy/robust which does make it heavy but split into parts on arrival so easier to move. May still need 2 people to carry the main section if gong upstairs. So easy to put together, took me about 20 mins to "construct" and get connected on to the Echelon-Fit app. First impressions of the Echelon-Fit app are great. Easy to use, works and connects well. You can add up to 5 people so excellent value as well. Lots of classes to choose from (live and on demand), all of good quality with friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors. Rower is "Magnetic" resistance with 32 levels and extremely quiet. Ride is smooth and comfortable. Only other Rower I've tried over many years at the gym is the "Concept 2". For me, the Echelon is a strong positive alternative, different but just as good. Very happy with my purchase and look forward to my Echelon Rowing journey 😊

Very easy purchase online. 2 sofas arrived today within given ETA. Fantastic quality and very comfortable on first impressions. Delivery was smooth, friendly guys, in and gone in about 20 mins 👍🏻 Highly recommended. Thanks!

Just as a side... order online. No idea why but it seems the people who have issues have bought from stores.

Great value, great choice, great service. Flew from Leeds Bradford to Mojorca. No queues at Leeds Bradford. Small, fast moving queue at Palma. Highly recommended.

E-mailed customer services to confirm offer details; specifically the type of hotel room (as not clear) and if other flight options available. No response so looked at the same deal but not as a "package". Ended up saving myself £200 by booking independently/direct. Would be 1 star but will use their website in the future to look at Hotels etc, then book direct.

How is this site still active? Why do people still but tickets from this company!? Don't.

Example. Tickets being advertised @ £70 per ticket. You can get them direct from the venues partners for £30 per ticket. In addition, they advertise a "balcony" ticket at over £100. The tickets are "general admission" anyone can go on the balcony.

Don't be conned by this site and its "sellers".
