I returned an item purchased online in store on 14th Dec 2019. I have still not received the refund. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls. Customer service advisors are not at all helpful. They keep telling me I have to be patient and I will get my refund, but when????? It’s been more than a month. Is this how Swarovski is making money by keeping money that does not belong to them !!!! Never expected this from a big company like Swarovski. Extremely disappointed
