Parcel drop off machine was easy enough but please can you make it clear whether you need to attach a label or not. It would more reassuring if this was a clear part of your instructions- thanks.

The parcel drop off was easy and straight forward, however the instructions on sending your parcel seemed lacking in clarity- a simple, numbered, to do list is required. EG, it did not make it clear whether you had to print off a packing list and include it in the parcel before packing and it did not advise whether a label was required to be printed off and attached or not. This created doubt that I had followed the return procedure correctly or not.
