Superb service on every order. My most recent order had some items missing, a quick email to the team saw the items dispatched the same day and a thorough apology issued.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that cares about minor details.

Excellent human feel to customer service. I recently spoke to Dave, albeit only to confirm a recent change in details. This was my first human interaction with Provident as all prior contact had been through their website or with Pip, their chat bot (also quite friendly). Although it was a menial task we had a good chinwag at the same time. It gave the call an emotional factor that is so often lacking in customer service roles these days. So well done, Dave. Good on you! Also, groovy.

Delivery was as expected but unfortunately marred by the poor service from the crew; one of which (younger of the two) proceeded to make untoward remarks about myself blissfully unaware I could hear every word that was said.

I advised him to watch his mouth in the future, he might annoy the wrong person and end up worse for wear.

After this experience, and with due consideration I of course obliged to complete this review, they only needed the one to reach their target for the month.
