This is not a proper website...please stay away from this scam website...they have created a system to take your money, and they do not reply or take care of the accommodation that they have in their system, which is a total lie...UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT READ THE REVIEW PROPERLY AND WAS CHEATED...

Unfortunately, my experience with Wizz Air did not meet expectations. A staff member, namely Christopher Christo, I interacted was unprofessional and dismissive when I sought assistance. This left a negative impression and impacted my trip. I hope the company can address such behaviour through proper feedback and training, as it would significantly enhance customer satisfaction."

Doyouitaly addresses you in Agencies that do not respect you as a Client because you have not booked directly to the Agency but via Doyouitaly. And when you raise the problem with Doyouitaly, they just ignore you and keep the side of the Agency due to their collaboration. Meaning, with EUROPCAR, when you book directly to EUROPCAR you have other requirements and when you book via Doyouitaly they ask from you other requirements. My advice is to book directly with the Agency because even though you get a better price you might face problems when picking up the car because of booking via Doyouitaly.

Everything was as discussed in the beginning. With the support of AirHelp was able to get my compensation!
