We used Taylor’s to complete a valuation to repay the help to buy loan. The process was smooth, and an appointment was booked at a convenient time for us, and the report provided quickly. The desktop extension was also quickly provided. The report was easily accepted by the HTB company. Very satisfied with the service provided.

I placed an order for two packs of instax film for my wedding. They packed and shipped the wrong film. I contact customer service and they requested I ship the items back before new ones are delivered. I asked if these would be delivered in time and was promised yes. Having now spoken to customer services again they advised the items will not be shipped until next week, much later than I was promised and too late to be used for my wedding.

Expected much much better from a large high street company.

As first time buyers my partner and I needed hand holding through the process and have been very happy with the service we have been provided. Ashlee Mitchel and Jayne Mundy were always available to provide updates, and Peter Whatley was very thorough at our home appointment running through the options and lenders available.

We did have a hiccup with our first lender but a second was quickly sourced and second application made that day. Overall very happy and would recommend.
