Really easy sign up and all the info and bills so far has been clear. My reason for not giving a 5 star is that I didn't appreciate getting a price rise email within the first month of joining.

I regularly buy from Asos because they have a huge range and shipping and returns is so easy. I had an issue with a return recently and Leith (Customer Care) quickly sorted it out for me over chat.

Adam was extremely helpful in helping us to organise a last minute chalet booking! He was very flexible in organising our requirements and we ended up with a great deal in La Tania. Thanks Adam

I recently made an error in booking a flight. I called straight away and the agent was really helpful in fixing the issue by cancelling my booking and giving me a nearly full refund in form of a gift voucher (only £3 less). This let me rebook the correct flight the next day for the same great price I originally paid. This type of flexibility is almost unheard in online booking systems so I really appreciated the help!
