Flowers were lovely but the “FREE CHOCOLATES” were missing. I chose this particular bouquet for my friend because of the ‘free chocolates’ offer so we were both disappointed. Customer Service have promised to refund £2 and dealt with my complaint promptly and politely. But would rather have had the original order as described - Flowers & Free Chocolates.
