UPS delivery let you down

Normally I would give you 5 stars however delivery UPS let you down this time. No text or email to give me a time slot for delivery and I was out therefore it was delivered to a shop which took a 30 minute journey to pick up.

Good service and quality suite

Delighted with suite and process was good. Only let down was delivery was promised a call from delivery company 2 days before delivery with time slot had to phone 3 times for slot and eventually got a call the day before.
