Really let me down with an spare part. Having spoken to them prior to ordering to establish their quickest delivery options I was assured the premier service was a next working day trackable service. They had in fact sent my item normal post which royal mail confirmed as untraceable. Misleading, dishonest and as a consequence my repair works have been put back.

Avoid this company at all costs ! They are unacceptably hitting customers with victious bills of damage on return of vehicle. Having travelled to Brindisi Italy many times and never encountered any problems with other car hire firms Autovia are definetly running a racket. Make sure you have seperate excess insurance and take loads of pictures prior to driving off as it's odds on they will find some damage on the motor you did not cause. CROOKS

Do not give this company your credit card details. Booked their car park for Luton in April and have been charged twice. Sent numerous emails requesting my money to be returned yet dont seem willing to resolve it . Unbelivable but they are oviously run by a bunch of crooks
