Product arrived on time

Product arrived on time, slightly disappointed by the quality of the blades of my hedge trimmer, not as good as my cheaper corded model.

Why do I get more problems with Pulse

Hello Mr Gulliford. Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to learn that you have had difficulties with multiple charge points. I was not able to see many reports from yourself relating to charge points not working. I would ask that you report any instances to us by email at heretohelp@bp.com. Make sure to include as much information and a picture of any faults displayed. Our team address emails within 48 hours.

We have recently re-invested into our network by upgrading our hardware and software of existing units to ensure a more robust network and we are adding around 400 new charge points a month to increase the number of charges on offer. Rest assured we are doing our best to improve the customer charging experience. ^Eugene
