Staff were efficient at collection. Car was as described and clean. Drop off was well-managed and they have a good fair fuel usage policy.

Don't buy a Volvo…

Had a (relatively minor but annoying) intermittent fault on a brand new Volvo EX30.
Dealership attempted one fault finding and failed. Said they'd refer it to Volvo tech support. Volvo contacted dealership and came back to say their FINAL decision was nothing more could be done.
So got a £37k Volvo EX30 car that is faulty.
No support. Nothing.
Won't ever be buying Volvo again.

Use someone else's business accounts software.

Just don't use it
Used the desktop version very happily for a long, long time with multiple companies and employees, but as for the online version? It's cumbersome in so many ways, not intuitive, and not flexible.
Very glad we're now winding down to retiral and can ditch the QuickBooks hassle.

Dreadful customer support in dealing…

Dreadful customer support in dealing with a complaint. Took 2 months to get through to them, no apology and finally curt and unsympathetic response with little or no research into problem reported.
I've closed my account with them now. Anybody else must be better.
