1 star is being generous......

If I could choose zero stars , I would. Bought a steering wheel cover, wich is miles too small and which was either:
1. Badly described.
2. Wrong item sent.
Either way, despite sending photos where the size difference is blatantly obvious, on asking for a returns form/refund, all I get from the seller is questions and more inane questions, totally irrelevant to the issue. It seems that their complaints process is designed to put you off completely. Aliepress is outwith the remit of UK Consumer laws, so be warned !!
My advice,given my experience, is AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will never use them again.

Do not make a mistake when applying online !!

After applying online, insurance policy was approved. I was later contacted by Swinton as there was an anomaly with a genuine oversight mistake I had made on application. The site isnt that easy to navigate.The price offered was hiked up after that, so I cancelled. We all make mistakes but I will not be penalised for a genuine error.

Post office in Angus, Edzell

This small village Post Office in Edzell is the pits - best avoid !
The counter is a common counter for sweets/cigarette , papers etc, so if you want a financial transaction, there is NO privacy. The queue behind you are party to all that you are doing and can hear all conversations. Not all counter staff can do PO stuff and seems like only one person is authorised
- who isnt always there leading to delays. Complaints have been made previously to the PO but this is ignored- to be expected as we all know what kind of totally trustworthy organisation they are !! AVOID !!

Pre Built - MESH AMD Inspire Mini PC - what a performer !!

Bought a AMD Mini PC to replace an ageing 10 yo PC, after shopping around various competitors. comparing prices and performance. I was not disappointed as delivery was quick, the PC is super-quick and takes up very little desk space and is also very quiet.
Customer service was 2nd to none, so overall, I am very happy. Highly recommended ! +++++

Fantastic Customer service

Contacted Hunterstoves to enquire on parts as outlined in manual for the stove, backked up with photos to explain my query better. Email came back very quickly with concise information, exactly what I required.
Sydney ( Customer Service) offered to order these hinge pins for me and send them on FOC. Received yesterday.
This is a glowing example of real Customer Service !

What a marvellous company and service !
Great price, quick delivery,well packaged, easy and painless no-fuss Returns.I just realise that they also do an excellent tailoring alteration service but I haven't required this, as yet. Customer service and comms are also excellent.

Beth was extremely helpful, honest, polite and professional throughout car part exchange and vehicle sale. The whole transaction was very smooth and unlike my dealings with other car sales companies in the past, went through relatively pain-free ! There was one after-sales item that required addressing but once again, Beth and Danny came to the rescue and sorted it out promptly. Cannot speak highly enough of this branch !! Well done !

Wrong PC sent - then it's your problem..be warned !

Ordered AIO desktop specifically stating HDD six-ze required. Item arrived and guess what ? Half the required HDD size. No offer to collect and/or exchange for the correct item. Packaging, insurance and postage are all your problem ! Eventually, after a couple of weeks, you should be refunded. Seems like checking before shipping out to you is something CEX are lacking and after all, they have your hard-earned ! Customer Service Advisor was very helpful and responsive, so a plus point there !
Avoid buying online as you don't know what you may receive.

Luxair - Brilliant company to deal with.

4 years into the 7 Year warranty, I had a couple of issues with the cooker hood. Contacted Customer Service, and they quickly arranged their Maintenance engineer to come and fix the problem. Jamie arrived on time, was courteous and was quick and efficient, leaving the kitchen jobsite clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Luxair. Thanks again to Hollie and all the Support team, for providing an excellent after-sales service. Quite a rare thing these days !

Great value and Customer Service......

Recently renewed Home Insurance and RIAS provide great cover for the price, compared to many others. Had to contact Customer services to tweak the policy and Darryl was courteous, attentive and sorted me out quickly and efficiently. I know that a claim is the only real test of an Insurance company - and I hope I never have to claim - but experience so far has been very efficient. Recommended.

TAYNA Batteries to the rescue.....

Had both car and also motorhome batteries fail recently due to -10 C overnight frosts - guess they were on their way out anyway !
Tayna to the rescue though ! They were the best price online and also extremely helpful on phone, when I wanted some technical advice. New batteries arrived on time and well packaged.. Excellent service.

Had my XC60 in for routine service.
As before, service team ( Douglas and Maria) treated me well. I was given taxi vouchers so I could get into town for a few hours while car being serviced.
All in all, a smooth experience and I cannot rate Strathmore Volvo high enough.
This is what EVERY car dealer should aspire to !

Strathmore Volvo - Perth

Booked the car in for routine service and it was easy to get a suitable day/time sorted.
On arrival, Maria at the Service desk was most welcoming and helpful. We were offered a coffee then a taxi was ordered. We were given taxi vouchers so we could head into town for a couple of hours.
The car was immaculately clean after the service and all the relevant documentation was presented and handed over.
All in all, a very pleasant experience from a very helpful and genuine team,
Well done Strathmore Volvo - I will return !
