We booked this cruise for the itinerary (Turkey and Greek islands), but we were quite worried to be the oldest passengers among lots of young guys with "strange" behaviours.

Actually this was not the case: most of the people were above 50yo, looking older than us and the cruise was quite "normal".

The seaview cabin was spacious, with enough storage space and our steward made a very good job.

Restaurants were excellent (except for a rude and incompetent server at Extra Virgin). But lot of planning is needed to have a reservation: booking on board was almost impossible unless you want to eat after 9.30PM or at Gunbae; we haven’t seen anyone able to walk-in, instead several people were rejected.

Itinerary was as gorgeous as expected, but Shore excursions team was a disaster: rude and not informative on board and not existent ashore: eg: on Mykonos island we had a "GUIDED" excursion booked through Virgin Voyages. It involved tender from ship to NEW Mykonos port, then Sea Bus (small ferry) to OLD Mykonos port. Afterwards we boarded a large ferry to Delos isle. On the way back to Resilient Lady, debarking from the large Delos ferry, the "local tour guide" disappeared; we had to walk without any indication about 1 mile in busy Mykonos town to find "the shuttle bus" to transfer us to VV tender terminal. Eventually we found the shuttle and reached the 'terminal' - no signs, no indications on any kind... just, when we got there, we found a rude guy rushing us ... "as the next tender is almost at full capacity !!"

*SEVEN* transfers without seeing one single Shore Excursion member !!

No explanation on board, nobody ashore to give indications.

As you can book excursions through the App, the added values of the Shore Things team is zero.

All the rest of the staff did an excellent job, in particular the Sailors service team.

The logistic of the entertainment was a nightmare: only a few tens of people were able to watch Lola’s Library show seated in a comfortable way while lot of people were standing on the shoulders of others to have a glimpse of what was happening; this was ridiculous.

We missed the other ships traditional and “seated” stage shows.

Overall a good experience, but we will not sail on Virgin again

Ordinati quattro tappeti, ed è la seconda volta che siamo completamente soddisfatti della qualità e dell’imballo. Fanno un lavoro molto preciso e sono puntuali.
Purtroppo il corriere ha lasciato molto a desiderare, siamo dovuti restare a casa due giorni … prima che si decidessero a consegnare – nonostante gli avvisi di consegna (SBAGLIATI !!)
Spero che lo staff di Tappeto su Misura legga le recensioni riguardo Bartolini su TrustPilot e cambi spedizioniere!

FOOD TOUR PISA

È un tour ben organizzato che porta a conoscere alcuni piatti tipici pisani ed i locali frequentati dalla gente del posto. Il tagliere di specialità toscane era incredibilmente ricco e buono e, a mio parere, già sufficiente per un pranzo.
La nostra guida Sara, simpaticissima e sempre disponibile, ci ha spiegato che per i ristoratori è segno di cortesia offrire porzioni abbondanti !! Abbiamo poi gustato la vera zuppa di pane in una tipica osteria con un cartello che avvertiva 'Tutto prenotato '.
A questo punto Sara ci ha accompagnati in una lunga camminata per riuscire a fare posto ad ulteriori delicatezze; oltre al cibo molto buono è stato davvero un piacere chiacchierare con lei, anche riguardo a monumenti e curiosità locali. Ci siamo portati in albergo una delle due cecine che ci erano state servite appena fatte, ancora tiepide e gustosissime.
Mio marito è una buona forchetta, ma io a questo punto pensavo di non poter mangiare più nulla: invece ho vuotato il piatto di stufato di mucco pisano, per me un po' speziato, ma delizioso. Infine la coppetta di gelato artigianale ha concluso in bellezza il tour, con gusti originali.
Faremo sicuramente altri tour con questa compagnia!! Grazie !!

 TOUR Duomo / Battistero

Siamo stati fortunati nel trovare la piazza dei Miracoli non troppo affollata, cosicché la nostra guida Alessia ha potuto guidarci nei posti migliori e illustrarci le particolarità dei vari monumenti. 
Abbiamo scoperto molte curiosità che accenno soltanto ;) per non rovinare il gusto del vostro prossimo tour: Come è rivestita la cupola del battistero e perché? Da dove viene il nome della piazza? Perché una colonna nella facciata del Duomo è rossa?  Cosa sono gli artigli del diavolo? Cosa c'entra il pendolo di Galileo? Solo la torre è pendente?
Al termine del tour,salutati i compagni e la guida, siamo saliti sulla torre: ottima organizzazione per sincronizzare salite e discese dei 294 + 294 (più o meno) gradini. Arrivati in cima la vista è spettacolare e c'è ampio tempo per fare foto.oltre che ammirare la città e la campagna circostante.
A nostro parere vale la pena spendere qualche euro in più per avere un tour guidato in modo da apprezzare a fondo la città !!

L'ordine è stato evaso con prontezza,molto accurata l'esecuzione dei due disegni e delle scritte.
Siamo già clienti e la felpa comprata nell'inverno ha fatto un'ottima riuscita.
Unico piccolo neo,ma è comune purtroppo alle tshirt in cotone leggero:le cuciture tendono a "girare".
Cmq molto soddisfatta. Ritorneremo!
