Customer Service people are dense

I have no idea how well this stuff works because it's been weeks since I ordered and still haven't received the product.

First, they don't tell you the photo AND VIDEO requirements before you order. They tell you that AFTER they have partially shipped your order (and won't take it back even though it's unopened). And then, when you express concerns about security and what should be in the video.... they just keep answering that you must send a 5 second video. ... not what it needs to show and have burned up way too much of my time and I STILL don't have the product.

We understand your frustration when it comes to having to upload both your ID and a video verifying your information. The video is required mainly due to the state you reside in, and laws requiring our doctors to further confirm that you are the one receiving the medication. All that is required is a short video stating your full name, date of birth, as well as your hairline/scalp for your doctor’s evaluation.

We take your healthcare very seriously. Our doctors are required to verify your identity in order to issue a medically responsible diagnosis. We understand that there are security concerns, and Happy Head uses industry-standard security to keep all of your private information secure. Lousy Customer Service Policy

bought two coats in October (18th) for my little dog, following their instructions for measurement exactly. When I received them I put them on her and they seemed o.k. But we didn't use one until yesterday (Dec 15) when we learned she can't walk in it 'cuz it's actually too big for her. They won't let me exchange it because 1) it's outside their return window and 2) this particular coat was on sale. That was not at all clear. And, it shouldn't matter. These coats cost a LOT. They should try to make it right. LLBean, for example, would exchange it no matter what no matter the time, etc. This is pretty lousy.

Less than an hour ago

Less than an hour ago, I was just driving south on 295 in Maryland. I was trying to change lanes from the middle lane to the left lane. There were about 3 cars coming and then a bus with room in front of it. I signaled and when the 3rd car passed I started to move over and that bus sped up to cut me off and would have hit me had I not moved back to my lane. I couldn't believe it! A BUS driving like that in rush-hour traffic. It said MartzGroup.com and had number G1431 on it.
