TOOK 6 WEEKS FOR REFUND & HORRIBLE QUALITY
It’s a shame I cannot give 0 stars. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered 5 items of clothing on 24th April 2019 spending over £125. The same day I got an email stating one of the items was no longer in stock nor were they due to get anymore in. Funnily enough it was the item of clothing they used to advertise their company on social media that got me interested in their page. They asked if I would like to order something else at a discounted price or a refund. I asked for a refund. They sent me a confirmation email that the refund would be with me 72 hours later. This did not happen. In fact it took 6 weeks of me pestering them via email and then finally resorting to a bad review on their Facebook and Instagram. Funnily enough as soon as I left that review they couldn’t refund me quick enough! Strange how they couldn’t do this over the past 6 weeks however I leave a bad review on social media on a Sunday afternoon when they’re closed and all of a sudden I’m refunded!
When the other 4 items came they were poor quality, they made primary look like Prada. I returned the items and no email of receipt regarding them. 2 weeks later I emailed to chase my refund. They said their refund policy was 21 days. That time came and went so I emailed again and they said they would refund me in 72 hours. That came and went so I had to send a further email, 5 weeks after returning the clothes, before I got my refund.
I have wasted so much time and effort just trying to get my money back because they cannot follow their own returns process.
It seems I should have left a bad review on social media at the start and I would have got an instant reply. My review seems to have been deleted somehow that or they have blocked my comments on both. Another lady actually replied to my Instagram comment agreeing with me and she has a similar experience however 5 mins later I’m unable to view that comment. However the positive ones are on there still...hmmm
