Njongo was so helpful! Very quick to reply and give me the best help and advice

The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly, not a long wait to see the vet who was very kind and there seemed to be no rush. He took his time introducing himself to my dog which made my dog less stressed, He then picked her up for me to put her on the table and carried out a full health check while listening to things we had to say. Overall a great experience!

I would always recommend pitpat to anyone, customer service is incredible and you can never go wrong with there products

If I could give a no stars I would. The food was disgusting!! The selection of food was not as advertised. The so called “chicken balls” was sitting in loads of oil. The chips was not edible.

The staff barely spoke to us, they just told us to pick our own table and that was the only communication we had with them, we had to go over and order drinks, no explaining the buffet, no clearing dirty plates. When paying they asked if we liked the food and we was honest and said no and they laughed!!

The music in there was swearing even though there was family’s with children, do you really think that’s acceptable??

Had a bit of a wait to speak to someone but then I finally got to talk to Maria who was very helpful and quick at resolving my problem. There was no questioning anything, it was all about sorting my issue out and getting me the right answers.

Flo absolutely love her treats! Toggys customer service was amazing, Flo has a lot of allergies so when speaking to Toggys they asked what allergies Flo had and then told me what product would be best for Flo.
When her treats arrived Flo loved them!! Soon as she has finished them she comes back for more.
Toggys customer service team did message me once Flo’s treats had arrived to make sure Flo liked them and they arrived safely which I thought was lovely too as they followed through the service.

So helpful on there live chat! I had a voucher that wasn’t able to use on the selected brand they said due to my dog having allergies they apologised and arranged for a voucher for the food my dog could eat!! So accommodating and arranged so quickly too, the adviser Chloe B I spoke to twice was great! Very friendly and efficient! Thank you
