Saw 2 items online and went to purchase in store. Charged the same price for one item but £7.50 more for the second (£16.50 online - £24.00 in store). Told online price accounts for postage costs which would have still amounted to less than the store price. If this is the case why did this not apply to the other item???? Some people like to see what they are buying or want an item quickly and should not be penalised for preferring to shop in store. Customer service are not replying to my complaint. Wont be caught out again!

Step up to Naturals multipack wet food has no labels on the trays to tell me which variety I am giving to my dog! If he turns his nose up I have no way of knowing which one he doesnt like. Very disappointing!

Hopeless! Priority deliveries for vulnerable and housebound customers are a joke....10 day wait. Boxes and essentials list dont give any option for pet food.....guess they have to starve! I have been a Morrisons customer for years but they have got this one completely wrong and are not providing adequate choices during coronavirus lockdown.Very disappointing.

Hopeless! Hours spent chasing new phone that eventually came without sim card then more hours chasing sim card. Vodafone wanted to charge me postage of £2.50 to send the sim card that should have come with the phone.....really? Advisors tell you what they think you want to hear rather than being honest about the state of play. Not an experience I ever want to repeat!
