If you're here to check if rutlands is worth a try... it absolutely is. I have purchased many items, on several occasions, and have always been very happy with all aspects of the purchase. They have almost become my "go to" if I'm looking for something new to check if they offer one. Not always cheapest per se, but always quality and exceptional value.

The quality and price of Rutlands equipment is always second to none and very competitive, especially when you manage to snag a daily price drop. I've used them several times now and intend to buy again when I have a need. My abiding thought is I wish I had known about Rutlands a long time ago but only stumbled on them via a Paul Sellers utube. If you know you know. A wholehearted recommendation.

Great quality products that when you look at them are the equal to if not better than those available from many other sources and very competitively priced. I am sure these are manufactured by the same people as some other more well know names lets say... I did initially hum at the no free shipping bit it appears to be a flat fee which is at least transparent. But the hidden gem is the daily drop pricing, seriously good offers if you're willing to wait to upgrade some of your kit until they come on offer. Wish I had known about this firm years ago but am keeping a close eye on them for all potential future purchases from now on. Wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try.

Rutland has a great range of tools for the woodworker and all look top notch and very competitively priced when you compare to what's out there. Something I didn't fully appreciate when first looking at them is the daily drop where you get notified of special deals which seems quite frequent and worthwhile discounts. My experiences have been faultless and made me wish I'd known about this company much much sooner. Definitely take a look at thier range and buy with confidence in quality and timely delivery.

I have three RCM sets now and each has been better than the last. Latest is the Dubrovnik set in mahogany. Exquisite set that's now my favourite close second is my Zagreb.
If you're in any doubt about the quality of these sets take the leap and make the purchase. Delivery and timescale has improved using DHL this year. You're kept informed by both DHL and RCM until you have your set. Can't fault the workmanship or service on these sets.

DHL has to be IMO the best courier company there is..
Unlike others (RM prime offenders) they keep you updated as to when they are going to turn up... And they turn up when they say they will.
That's what I most want from a delivery..
Friendly staff and good package handling as expected too.

It was easy enough to arrange cover but in common with most insurance these days there's not always enough information up front to help inform a decision so no fifth star.

I was impressed with the regular updates to reassure me on build date and delivery. Nice touch PC specialist. Very happy with build quality and looks and performs better than expected. Good packaging, protection and good courier service. Would purchase again or recommend, no hesitation.

Have purchased several times from Britcubes and been delighted with the service and competitive pricing. On the one occasion I received a stickered rather than stickerless cube it was replaced super fast with outstanding communication and sevice. Highly recommended, no hesitation in purchasing anything here.

My Bundesform set in ebony wood is honestly a thing of beauty. A simple set that may not be to everyone's taste, it's none the less consistent, nicely finished, and detailed. I'm looking forward to my next set and have my eye on several others. I found RCM via Amazon and later Etsy but prefer to deal direct if and where possible and glad I did.
My only criticism is that shipping gave an inaccurate date of arrival. UK was 5 days but real date longer. I'm gonna suppose this is a possibly a FedEx issue and let covid take the blame rather than the guys at RCM. At the end of the day it's free shipping from the other side of the world. I'm not going to unfairly deduct any star for this just wish that date was clearer. Instead I want to simply highly commend the product, price, and service.

Very competitive pricing, didn't even have to ask about the price match promise as cubes I was looking to get were certainly less than elsewhere. Even factoring in postage Britcubes came out ahead. The owner is clearly passionate about cubing as responded to a query I had very personally. Can't recommend the service too highly. Will defo use again..

My order was incorrect, missing items, a wrong item, an item I didn't even ask for. No response to several contacts I've sent no refunds against unsent items if it was known they weren't sent or out of stock...
I can't even submit the product reviews I've just been invited to send after several weeks of waiting for a better response..
On the whole it can only be a negative review I only give one star as it's not possible to give none..
I've reordered both missed, and further items from both The Puzzle Store UK, and KewbzUK and had outstanding delivery and service from both in less time than it's taken to get an invite to review items I didn't actually receive from UKCubeStore.
Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Take my advice don't shop here... They will take your cash, not bother sending you stuff, and certainly not have the courtesy to respond to feedback or problems..

Even before my order was confirmed and delivered I got an email of thanks and an invite to reach out should there be any problems or queries. I casually sent some feedback that this was welcomed as I'd had a bad experience elsewhere and got a personal response.
