Always friendly and helpful. Love this place

Been waiting since 11th and 13th September for 2 parcels. Tracking not even updated now for days. Says received in sorting office.
I don't believe any of the good reviews. Customer service is non existent. Won't ever use these again for delivery. I'd like to give zero star

Polite and friendly. Delivery was quick and easy

I would give 0 star if I could! Shocking business. Almost a month later with ignored emails and false promises on the phone I still have no item. Won't even refund me and apparently it's been dispatched!
Avoid at all costs!!
Update: so after many calls and the wrong item being delivered I eventually after 7 weeks got my item. It wasnt worth the wait!
They now want me to remove my review but I stand by their shocking business and wont ever order again. I have made sure friends and family don't order too.
