Great quality mattress at a reasonable price. Good customer service. Bought my first mattress from Taurus about 30 odd years ago!! Tried and trusted !!!

I had a query about my purchase and I spent one hour ten minutes on the phone trying to get through to the Company and gave up. The next day I rang again at 8am (as soon as they open) waited twenty minutes and gave up again. Why provide a phone number if there is no intention of answering?

Don’t normally bother writing reviews but will make an exception here. I was amazed how deep it was and although firm feels fantastic to lie on . I have bought my mattresses from Taurus for the last 20 years ( at least) I remember first coming across them in Time Out. The quality is amazing. For the price, I don’t know how they do it.

I like the shampoo because it’s chemical free but I’m on a limited budget and it’s expensive so can’t use it all the time . The fact that it doesn’t produce much lather means that I find myself using more than an ordinary shampoo. Nevertheless nice friendly Company which always helps
