Our trip on the Valiant Lady was incredible. Our trip on the Valiant Lady was incredible, largely thanks to the exceptional crew and their outstanding customer service. We were consistently impressed by how warm and attentive everyone was. It makes such a difference when every single person you interact with takes the time to stop, engage, and assist before carrying on with their duties. The dining experience was a definite highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the Extra Virgin restaurant, The Wake, and Gunbae. A special shout-out to our cabin steward, Mr. "Rock," who was phenomenal and fulfilled every request we had. The entertainment was also excellent, and we left feeling pampered and completely taken care of.
