Beautiful, meaningful decorative

From order to delivery very smooth with clear email updates and shipping information. Product is beautifully finished, a bit lighter in weight than I thought but still seems good quality and when ordering a donation is given to a choice of charities. It’s going outside on fence so hoping it stays looking fabulous and a wonderful talking point!

Super pleased with my phone

Super pleased with my phone! Loved the emails - “your phone has left the building!” Made me smile👍😁 I chose a phone in excellent condition but it looks brand new. Fast delivery and updates all the way from order to delivery. Definitely recommend . Do your bit for the environment and consider a recycled phone, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed !

Disgraceful customer service

Ordered bedroom furniture- bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. Wardrobe arrived damaged, 5 parts in total. Sent email, no response in nearly a month to that original email. Sent pictures was promised follow up call, no call. Resorted to social media and response was very quickly. No surprise really. No customer service, repeated messages of needing to wait, hiding behind supplier lead times, I have a vague text message with no idea if the correct parts have been ordered. Now expected to wait another 3-4 weeeks to get the parts. No offer of any goodwill, no understanding of the huge disappointment when something's gone wrong. I'm living with a half built wardrobe lying on its side in a small double bedroom. Happy to take my money deliver damaged goods and then expect customer to wait around 2 months for a solution. Disgraceful. Working for a leading toy brand, customer service means going that extra mile, pulling out all the stops to put something right and treating your customer with the respect they deserve.
