Poor customer service
I won’t fault a company for sending a faulty item, mistakes happen but I will fault how they handle these situations.
was super excited about receiving the edit I ordered (even delayed my hair wash to wait for the delivery) only for it to turn up in a state of disrepair. INSIDE the product box (meaning it went in this way not damaged during delivery) both the shampoo and the conditioning treatment had a large slash across them (not the kind that just got knocked about In transit) meaning I opened up a box to an entire bottle of shampoo and conditioner covering everything. What did LF do? After having to prompt the customer service agent to type anything they insist they could only give me £16 partial refund. From a £50 product. Because it’s a discounted set except A) Not even enough to repurchase the damaged items. And B) I wouldn’t have purchased the set without those items even at a lower price.
They then asked me to return the order (which wasn’t an option given originally but strangely came up when I informed them I’d initiate a case via PayPal) which I did despite it being a box of goo for a replacement which instead of waiting for confirmation that I’d posted they wanted to wait for it to arrive back and go through inspection (despite providing photographic and video evidence) before they would re ship only to find out today 8 days after I ordered that it’s now a refund instead and sold out. Oh and finally having to wait an additional 3-5 days (on top of the 8 since I ordered) to actually get my money back
Shame as the products sound so exciting
Will not be using LF again unfortunately after this experience
