Fitbit has really gone to the dumps. I started out with a surge years back loved it was great support was good, any problems fixed promptly and with ease. Then went to blaze, and eventually a ionic that I got as a gift. one year later the battery just stopped working and it has been weeks trying to communicate with fitbit.they response time is extremely slow and unhelpful. The device is great of they could just hey a reliable battery for it.
