Help was needed setting up the app. This issue was fixed very quickly via the chat service. I was very impressed with the ability to guide me through my issue as swiftly as they did. A great CS experience

My order got lost due to a malfunction with a printer. I had to contact the fudge company several times. Long pauses between emails. In the end I had to ask for a refund, which I had to chase up. Quite a poor service considering the amount of advertising on social media. I would have been a regular customer, if the fudge was as good as it looks, not a chance now!
