XTool has fantastic customer service. I recently ordered my first machine. I wasn't sent one of the items that was supposed to come in my bundle due to an issue with shopify. I emailed customer support and within a day they responded back and sent out the item I didn't receive. I also just worked with Alberich to get my missing code for my material discount card. He was very nice and got me the code right away.

The team was very helpful in getting my account set up and was very quick to respond when we had a technical error.
